Is someone there to cook the food?
Except for hosted weekends, groups will have the house to themselves.  The menu is prepared in such a way that the refrigerator and freezer are stocked with precut or prepared items that just need slight preparation or heating in the oven.  A menu list is provided to guide you through the meals.  This leaves more time for relaxing and crafting, not cooking.  Saturday night's meal is on your own to allow you to enjoy the many restaurants the area has to offer.  See links page.  A list of area dining and delivery options will also be provided at the retreat.

Can I bring snacks?
Of course, the menu includes a selection of salty and sweet snacks provided throughout the weekend, along with caffeinated beverages, water, tea, coffee and milk.  But if you want something specific just bring it along.
