A coordinator should be selected for your retreat.  Their responsibilities will include identifying at least five individuals to hold a retreat date and providing the $100 deposit, see below.  The coordinator can check the availability calendar and then email contact@forgottentimesretreat to confirm that the selected date is available.  The coordinator must also select at least one participant to be present at the retreat site no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday for check-in instructions.

A $100 deposit, provided by the coordinator will secure your reservation date.  The deposit will be returned two weeks after your stay if there are no damages or missing items.

At least 30 days before your retreat date, participants should make full payment by mailing a check to Forgotten Times 4809 60th St., Edina, MN  55424.  If you cancel your retreat withing 30 days after full payment, you will only be allowed to reschedule, no refund will be made. If inclement weather prevents the attendants from getting to the retreat, a rain check weekend will be offered.

 

Coordinators will lose their deposit of $100, if the retreat is canceled less than 60 days from the reservation date.

If you rebook another retreat within 30 days of your stay, you will get first pick of your same retreat weekend date for the the next year and may be offered a discount on your next retreat.

The inside of the retreat house has a no smoking policy an no pets are allowed.  If nonsmokers are present, please also refrain from smoking on the decks or patios.
